Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per total weight of the order and depend on the carrier selected by the customer, choosing from the following options:

Local pickup

Collection is available in our office located on Calle La Luz 1 50006 Zaragoza. Orders will be available from the day after the order is placed, provided they were bought in stock. For purchased on request, the package will be available at our office one day after we receipt it. The estimated delivery time when the order of a product is on request is indicated in each product. In this case, you will be notified via email that your order is ready to collect in our office. This method of delivery is free of charge.

Correos - office pickup

The shipment will be made by Correos, valid for Peninsula and Canary and Balerares islands. It is a registered item with collection in the post offices and transit time between 3-5 days. This shipping rates vary according to total weight of the package the following ranges:

  • € 4.95 for packages of less than 5 kg
  • € 6.55 for packages of 5-9 kg
  • € 9.00 for packages of 9-15 kg
  • € 12.00 for packages up to 20 kg

Correos - registered item. Paquete azul

Shipping is done via Paquete Azul of Correos, valid for Peninsula, Balerares and Canary islands. It is a registered item with home delivery with a transit time between 3-5 days. This shipping rates vary according to total weight of the package the following ranges:

  • € 10.0 for packages less than 5 kg
  • € 12.5 for packages 5 to 10 kg
  • € 20.0 for packages of 10-15 kg
  • € 24.0 for packages up to 20 kg

National Road Transport for heavy packages

This type of transport is used for domestic shipments of heavy packages over 20 kg. Transit time between 3-5 days. This shipping rates vary according to total weight of the package the following ranges:

  • € 17 for packages less than 20 kg
  • € 34 for packages 20 to 40 kg
  • € 70 for packages of 40-80 kg

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore Grealtec is not responsible if delivery can not be made as a result of the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete or if delivery can not be made due to the absence of the recipient. Without limiting the foregoing, Grealtec take the required measures to a diligent trader for delivery can be made as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient.

Grealtec ensures the delivery of orders with the deadlines specified in the relevant section of the website, according to the transport system and the destination chosen by the buyer. On Saturdays and Sundays there is no pickup service and delivery orders, a fact which must be taken into account in the calculation of deadlines. In periods of special circumstances (dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events ...), the deliveries may be delayed.

Upon receipt of the receipt for the bank transfer or payment confirmation, you will receive your order.

The recipient should check the order at the time of delivery and then make all the reservations and complaints appeared justified.

For delivery addresses outside of Spain, please contact us directly to process your order in a particular way and apply a shipping costs to the destination and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

At any time the customer can check the status of your order that is within My Profile. Whenever you suffer a change order (shipping, delivery ...) the buyer will receive an email with the latest information.

Refund Policy

All sold products may be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Retail Spanish.

Previously, the buyer must indicate their intention by email. Grealtec will answer specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product shall be borne by the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees for the returned products arrive in perfect condition.

The refund on the customer's account as a result of this return is made within 7 days from receipt of products.

Refunds may not take place under no circumstances if the products supplied were clearly used.

Items must be returned imperatively properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer). They will be sent to the location specified by GREALTEC in the precise instructions for returning the product sent via email.

They may not be returned the packets which do not provide any attachment to identify the sender (point of order, name, address…).

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product / s. The customer return your product will receive an email informing you of you’re the refund.

Liability, litigation and legislation applicable WWW.GREALTEC.COM could not be considered liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular, postal services and transport and / or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the customer shall address priority www.grealtec.com for an amicable solution.

Courts are competent in Saragossa. These general conditions of sale in Spanish language is construed and performed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute which may arise by reason of its validity, interpretation or performance shall be presented to the Courts of Saragossa, which confer jurisdiction expressly exclusive.
